The Quip Collection in partnership with Printify provides limited returns, refunds, and exchanges due to the unique way each product is made. For more information, please read the details provided below.

How We Work

The Quip Collection partners with Printify to create all the products showcased here. I design, and Printify provides access to a wide variety of third-party printers and producers who print your product on demand and then ship it directly to you.

What We Cannot Refund or Exchange

Because of this unique designer-producer relationship, this means all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you, as The Quip Collection’s cherished and valued customer, have ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

What We Can Refund or Exchange

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Printify offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes. In the case of a refund, I as the designer will be reimbursed and will then reimburse you, unless billing is in a currency other than US dollars. In this case, Printify will reimburse customer directly. Please bear in mind, reimbursement and exchanges can only be made for printing errors or mistakes.

What Can or Cannot Be Partially Refunded

Please note that Printify will not be held responsible and will not offer reprints or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a reprint with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

As a small Indie designer, it is my deepest joy to provide a product that brings you cheerfulness, gaiety, or delight. Perhaps, as I grow bigger, I can offer more products with inventory that makes it possible to exchange, return, or refund for wrong sizes, color, or change of mind. Until this day, I am grateful for Printify’s platform and their policy on printing errors or defects.
